Pure & Just Food processes fruit from Ghanaian farmers into shelf-stable products. They train farmers, source locally and create jobs in their processing factory – especially for young people and women. This enables farmers to improve production and gain access to a stable market. The enterprise strengthens both rural incomes and employment. Thanks in part to the collaboration with Anton Jurgens Fonds, Pure & Just is working on strengthening its impact measurement system. The combination of local sourcing, knowledge transfer, and processing capacity makes the model socially and economically powerful.
