Which categories of personal data are processed by the AJF?

The AJF only processes personal data for the express purpose of processing applications for donations and/or loans and/or to facilitate the implementation of agreements with social initiatives. The AJF processes the following personal data:

  • name and home address
  • telephone number(s)
  • email address
  • passport copy, if necessary

The AJF does not process special category/sensitive personal data.

For what purposes does the AJF process personal data?

The AJF will process your personal data solely for the purpose of being able to contact you about your application for a donation and/or loan, to verify that allocated funds are used correctly and/or to verify whether the stated objectives are being met. The AJF also processes personal data it is legally obligated to process.

Does the AJF use automated decision making?

The AJF does not engage in automated decision making on matters that may significantly affect people. Automated decision making here refers to decisions that are made by computer programs and/or systems without any human involvement.

How long is personal data stored by the AJF?

The AJF does not store personal data longer than legally permitted for the realisation of the purposes for which the data was collected.

Does the AJF share personal data with third parties?

The AJF does not sell personal data to third parties. The AJF will only share your personal data, if necessary, to facilitate the implementation of your agreement with the AJF or to comply with a legal obligation. The AJF concludes processing agreements with third-party service providers that process personal data on its behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality. The AJF remains responsible for these processing operations.

What kind of cookies or other tracking technologies does the AJF use?

A cookie is a small text file that is saved on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website for the first time. This website uses cookies that are necessary for it to function properly and efficiently, including cookies that remember user preferences. The AJF also uses Google Analytics cookies to optimise the website. The AJF does not use other Google services in combination with Google Analytics cookies.

Can I access, correct or delete my personal data?

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent for personal data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by the AJF. You also have the right to data portability. This means you can request that the AJF transmits the personal data it has collected about you to you or another organisation. You can submit your request to access, correct, delete or transmit your personal data or withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data to info@antonjurgensfonds.nl.

The AJF will need to receive proof of your identity to ensure the request has been made by you. Please black out your photo, machine readable zone, passport number and citizen service number (BSN) to ensure your privacy. The AJF will respond to your request as soon as possible, within a maximum of four weeks. How does the AJF protect my personal data?

The AJF takes the protection of your personal data seriously and has taken reasonable steps to protect your personal data from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorised modification.
