CodeGorilla is a social enterprise that gives people on the margins of the labour market the opportunity to receive IT training and join one of its development teams. This enables them to enter the workforce and gain experience working on projects for government agencies and private sector companies. They boost their employability in a sustainable manner by acquiring and developing knowledge and skills. Diem, the founder of CodeGorilla, and her team have a dual mission: to contribute to labour force participation and to encourage inclusion and diversity in the male-dominated IT sector.
